• Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on site, and session identifiers. Collected automatically through server logs and cookies.
• Communications: Content of messages sent to us through contact forms, email, or support channels.

How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity as required under AML/KYC obligations and FinCEN Money Services Business regulations.
• To process transactions and maintain transaction records as required by the Bank Secrecy Act.
• To screen against OFAC sanctions lists and other watchlists as required by law.
• To communicate with you about your account, inquiries, and platform updates.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform and detect fraudulent activity.
• To comply with legal obligations including regulatory reporting and law enforcement requests.
• To analyze website usage and improve platform functionality using aggregated, non-identifiable data.

Legal Bases and Retention

We process personal information where required to fulfill legal obligations (including BSA recordkeeping requirements), to perform contractual obligations to account holders, and where necessary for legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and platform security.

Identity and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years as required under Bank Secrecy Act recordkeeping obligations. Other personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Legal Compliance: Disclosure to FinCEN, law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory obligation.
